Journal Frequency
IJARSAI is published twice in an year. January - June and July - December. Authors please note these schedules before submitting their scholarly articles. Authors who submit papers in the early phase of these publication schedules need to wait for few months to get their papers published. If papers are submitted in the last phases of publication months, we need sufficient time for the completion of the review process. If the reviewers are unable to complete the review process, then such papers will be published in the next issue of the journal. Authors are therefore requested to send their papers by considering the frequency of publication of the journal to avoid delays in publication of papers.
Double Blind Peer Review
All scholarly articles and research papers submitted to IJARSAI are subject to a double blind peer review process. Throughout the review, the identities of both parties are concealed from one another. To support this confidentiality, authors must prepare their manuscripts in a manner that does not reveal their identity. To maintain this standard, author profiles and manuscripts are collected separately. The decision regarding the publication of a paper is based on the report of the peer reviewers. Sometimes authors need to make suitable corrections, modifications and editing of their papers as per the report of the peer reviewers in order to accept the same for publication. Authors are therefore directed to thoroughly examine their papers before submission to avoid issues in publication.
Manuscript Processing and Publication Time Policy
The journal is committed to processing submitted manuscripts in a timely, transparent and academically responsible manner while maintaining the standards of peer review, editorial evaluation and publication ethics. Under normal circumstances, the journal aims to complete the manuscript processing cycle, from submission to final publication, within 45 to 90 days. The 45-day period is a minimum indicative processing period and is not a guarantee of publication within 45 days. Likewise, the 90-day period represents the journal's normal target upper limit and may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances. The processing period is indicative and may vary depending on the quality and suitability of the manuscript, reviewer availability, the nature and extent of revisions required, author response time, and other circumstances affecting the editorial and peer-review process. The stated processing period represents the journal's normal processing target and not a commitment to accept or publish a manuscript. Manuscripts are accepted only when they satisfy the journal's scope, quality requirements, peer-review standards, publication ethics and editorial criteria. The journal does not compromise the integrity or quality of the peer-review and editorial process in order to meet the stated processing period.
Number of Articles per Issue
The journal maintains an issue size that is consistent with its academic scope, publication frequency, and editorial capacity. An issue will ordinarily contain approximately 8–12 research articles, subject to the availability of manuscripts that satisfy the journal's editorial and peer-review standards. The number of articles published in an issue may vary according to the quality, relevance, originality, methodological soundness, and nature of the manuscripts accepted for publication. The journal does not seek to increase the number of articles in an issue at the expense of academic quality, integrity, or the standards of the peer-review process.
Quality Policy
The journal strictly pursues a zero tolerance policy regarding plagiarism in papers. Plagiarism refers to the act of utilizing another individual's work or ideas without appropriate attribution or recognition, thereby claiming it as one's own. All manuscripts submitted to IJARSAI for publication will undergo a plagiarism check utilizing suitable software. The 2018 Regulations on Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism in Higher Education Institutions established by the UGC outline the various levels of plagiarism and the corresponding penalties. The acceptable threshold for similarity in academic publications is set at 10% for research articles and 12% for reviews and other publication types. It is recommended to review the Plagiarism Policy established by the UGC. Authors bear the primary responsibility for ensuring that their scholarly articles and research papers are free from plagiarism or that any instances of it remain within acceptable limits. In cases where the level of plagiarism in a submitted manuscript exceeds the permissible threshold, the manuscript will be promptly rejected, and the authors will be informed accordingly. Therefore, authors are clearly informed to check and recheck their papers before submission to us. Proper citations and referencing must be ensured in manuscripts. Ensuring quality in academic writing is the prerequisite of publication ethics.
AI Content & Usage
Authors are required to disclose the use of AI tools, including the name and purpose of the tool and the extent of its use. Where substantial undisclosed AI-generated content is identified, the manuscript will be returned for clarification or revision, subjected to further editorial review, or rejected in accordance with the journal's publication ethics and AI-use policy. The author(s) remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity and authenticity of the entire manuscript, including any content produced or modified with the assistance of AI tools.
Legal & Ethical Compliance
The Journal strictly pursues a zero tolerance policy regarding all kinds of discriminatory, defamatory, derogatory and other unethical contents, remarks and statements in papers. We are a responsible academic and research journal and we strictly abide by the laws of India. Authors have to strictly ensure that their papers in no way make any ethical and legal infringements before submission. On acceptance of a paper for publication, the authors are required to submit a Copyright and Author Declaration Form certifying the authenticity, ethical and legal compliance of their research papers.
Copyright & Licensing Policy
Copyright of articles published in the journal is retained by the respective author(s). By submitting a manuscript to the journal, the author(s) grant a non-exclusive right of first publication and the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and make the published version of the article publicly available in electronic and other formats. The author(s) retain the right to use, share, and archive their work in accordance with the terms of the applicable licence.
All published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated. This licence permits the work to be copied, redistributed, adapted, remixed, transformed, and built upon for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the licence is provided, and any changes made to the original work are indicated.
Open-Access Policy
The journal follows an open-access publishing model in which published scholarly articles are made freely and immediately accessible to readers without subscription, registration, or payment. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, and reuse published articles in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). The journal does not impose access restrictions or an embargo period on its published articles. Open access is intended to facilitate the unrestricted dissemination, reading, preservation, and scholarly use of published research while maintaining appropriate attribution to the original author(s). The journal's open-access policy applies to the published version of scholarly articles made available through the official journal website and designated archival or repository platforms.
Digital Archiving and Preservation Policy
The journal is committed to the long-term preservation and continued accessibility of its published scholarly content. Digital copies of published articles and associated bibliographic metadata are maintained through the journal's official website, dedicated archive and repository, and designated external archival and repository platforms. Published articles are assigned persistent identifiers, where applicable, and are retained as part of the journal's scholarly record.
By submitting a manuscript to the journal, the author(s) consent to the publication and digital archiving of the accepted and published article through the journal's official website and designated archival and repository platforms, subject to the journal's Copyright & Licensing and Open-Access Policies.
Published content may also be deposited or made discoverable through established scholarly repository and archival platforms, including Zenodo, OSF and HAL, subject to the respective policies, technical requirements and applicable deposit or inclusion procedures of each platform. The use of such platforms is intended to support the continued accessibility, identification, discovery and scholarly dissemination of the journal's published content.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The journal is an academically administered, non-commercial publication, and the Article Processing Charge (APC) is collected solely to meet the reasonable operational expenses associated with the publication of accepted articles. These expenses may include peer-review administration, copy editing, typesetting, digital hosting, long-term archiving, and other essential publication-related services. The APC is not intended to generate profit or commercial revenue for the journal or the institution. An APC of ₹2,100/- is applicable to authors based in India, while authors outside India are charged USD 100. The APC is payable only after formal acceptance of a manuscript following the journal's prescribed double-blind peer-review process. The charge may be paid by any one of the submitting authors on behalf of the authorship team. Payment of the APC has no bearing on the editorial or peer-review decision regarding the manuscript.
Manuscript Formatting and Submission Guidelines
Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the following requirements before submission to IJARSAI International Journal of Advanced Research Scientific Analysis & Inferences.
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) through the journal's online submission portal.
The manuscript should be editable and should not be submitted as a PDF at the initial submission stage.
Authors should ensure that the submitted file is complete, readable, and free from unnecessary comments, tracked changes, or annotations.
Font: Times New Roman.
Font size: 12 pt for the main text.
Title: 13 pt, bold.
Line spacing: Single.
Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
Page numbers: Insert page numbers consistently on all pages, preferably at the bottom-right of the page.
Text should be clearly organized using appropriate headings and subheadings.
For the purposes of the journal's double-blind peer review policy, author-identifying information should not be included in the manuscript prepared for peer review.
The online submission portal separately collects the following information for each author:
Full name
Designation
Institutional affiliation
ORCID ID
Email address
A maximum of three authors may be included in a submission. Where more than one author is involved, the corresponding author must be identified through the online submission portal.
A valid ORCID ID is required for all authors.
The corresponding author's contact/WhatsApp number must also be provided through the submission portal.
To facilitate double-blind peer review, the manuscript file should not contain information that directly identifies the authors.
Authors should therefore remove, where applicable:

Author email addresses
ORCID IDs
Acknowledgements identifying individuals or institutions
The Editorial Office may request an appropriately anonymized manuscript if identifying information is found before peer review.
Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are referred to in the text.
Each table and figure should have a clear and informative title or caption.
Tables and figures must be cited appropriately within the manuscript.
Figures should be of sufficient resolution and quality for publication.
Authors should ensure that all tables, figures, photographs, and other visual materials are either original or appropriately cited and that permission has been obtained where required.
Mathematical equations should be prepared in an editable format using Microsoft Word Equation Editor or an equivalent editable equation tool.
Equations should not be inserted solely as images.
Equations should be numbered consecutively where numbering is necessary for reference in the text.
Authors must use a consistent scholarly citation and referencing style appropriate to their discipline.
All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and every reference listed should be cited in the manuscript.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all citations and references.
DOI links or DOI identifiers should be included wherever available.
Authors should use current and authoritative sources appropriate to the subject of the manuscript.
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:
The manuscript is their original work.
It has not been published previously in substantially the same form.
It is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal.
All listed authors have approved the submitted version.
Appropriate permissions have been obtained for copyrighted material where necessary.
The manuscript complies with applicable ethical and research-integrity requirements.

Revision by Author(s)
Where revisions are required, the author(s) will be requested to submit a revised manuscript within the period specified by the editorial office. The revised manuscript may be returned to the original reviewers or evaluated by the editor, depending on the nature and extent of the revisions.

The journal endeavors to complete the entire process from initial submission to final publication within a minimum period of approximately 45 days and normally not exceeding 90 days, provided that:
the manuscript satisfies the journal's basic submission requirements;
suitable reviewers are available within a reasonable period;
the author(s) submit revisions and required documents promptly;
the manuscript does not require extensive or repeated revisions; and
there are no exceptional circumstances affecting the editorial or publication process.
The 45-day period is a minimum indicative processing period and is not a guarantee of publication within 45 days. Likewise, the 90-day period represents the journal's normal target upper limit and may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances.
The stated processing period may be extended where necessary due to circumstances including, but not limited to, difficulty in securing suitable reviewers, delayed reviewer responses, substantial revisions, multiple rounds of review, author delays, verification of originality or ethical concerns, incomplete submission materials, technical or production issues, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the editorial office. Where a significant delay occurs, the journal will endeavor to take appropriate steps to minimize the delay and, where practicable, communicate relevant information to the author(s).

The processing time for individual manuscripts may vary according to their circumstances, and the journal may provide authors with relevant status information upon reasonable request.
Upon acceptance of a manuscript, the authors may be required to complete and submit the journal's Copyright and Author Declaration Form before publication.
Where applicable, authors may also be required to provide ethical approval, consent, data availability, conflict-of-interest, funding, or other declarations relevant to the nature of the research.
